Job Duties:

  • Accounts Receivable/Invoicing
  • Receive payments from customers
  • Track and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Work with Project managers on billing and collections.
  • Invoicing
    • T&M & Progress
  • Job Costing
  • Importing budgets from estimating software to accounting & project management software
  • Add phase/cost codes to jobs
  • Setup new projects and close projects

Execution of contracts/subcontracts

  • Enter change orders
  • Perform project reconciliations
  • Enter data into B2G system
  • Review & audit subcontractor payments.
  • Bring new ideas to the table based on prior experience, advising Brewster's Chairman

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree in accounting or business with emphasis in accounting is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience required.
  • Detail oriented with high level of attention to financial accuracy.
  • Highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
  • Highly skilled in use of Excel spreadsheets and other accounting software.
    • Viewpoint knowledge required.
